I took a much NEEDED week off through the Holidays. I'm really having trouble getting back in the saddle (so to speak). I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I really haven't been feeling too good for awhile now so need to go back on my low cholesterol/low fat diet plan. YUCK! Too much good food in the Holiday dinners! But, I have to admit, I don't eat like I'm suppose to and have fallen off the wagon a few months ago. I'm also getting arthritis in my hands...NOT good! My joints acche so bad sometimes and get soooo stiff and swollen I'm having a tough time at times combing mohair. I have to get this under control. God, getting older really sucks. I'm hoping to have some help soon. One of my wonderful customers is going to try it out and see if she can swing helping me. I don't normally complain, I just deal with it, but I want people to know that this is the reasons I have fallen behind. I've just had trouble admitting it. I'm not going to take near as many orders per month as I was.
I know i'm not very good at communicating with people like I should be and my sincere apologies to all of you who are waiting for your order. Time just flies by! I get so busy I forget to contact you.
I love you all so much & I thank you all for your patience. Big hugs! xoxo
Good morning!
This is a new blog I'm working on. I'll try to keep it updated as much as possible as I have time.
Things are a little crazy right now with Christmas coming up so fast. I'm almost caught up on my custom orders. Thank you all for being so patient! I really appreciate it. I've had a lot of unexpected things come up and have had to do a lot of work to get all my goats ready for winter and get my breeding program in order for next spring babies. I should have at least 3 more babies next spring to bring you more beautiful mohair. My business is growing so the herd needs to grow a bit too. Plus, I have 5 kids that will have their first shearing next spring...so lots more mohair coming!
